Maybe, is peace of mind

I don't believe all life, every little thing in it, is good. But neither is it bad. Maybe it just is. With its ups and downs and highs and lows. When we accept it all: we embrace every part of it. We see the lows as opportunities for growth. We see the highs as opportunities to cherish life more. What if I told you it all depended on how much you loved? Thus how much you forgive? The more we forgive. The more peace of mind we get. The more peace our hearts feel. The more we will be able to love and accept everyone and everything as it is. We will live better because we will not be depending on exterior occasions to be happy (which we can’t control). It will just depend, from now on, on our interior state of mind. What is happiness after all? Maybe, is peace of mind.
